Big Vision,
Small Business.
Our extensive background of owning, operating, and working for small businesses drives our investment model. Recent demand from both institutional and individual investors has created a buzz for the acquisition of these companies. We choose to invest in small businesses not only for the predictable and consistent returns they provide, but also to ensure that the brand, legacy, and quality built by founders and owners continues once they choose to exit the business.
OUR BUSINESS MODEL
Our model centers on acquiring well-run, service-oriented businesses that deliver consistent results and play essential roles in their communities. We focus on straightforward operations with steady demand—companies built on reliability and long-term value.
We partner with established and experienced South Florida owners who have invested years into their teams, customers, and reputation. Every acquisition is approached as a collaboration, ensuring a transition that rewards the seller’s work, protects the people behind it, and positions the business for lasting success under our ownership.

Small Purchase Price
$1M-$3m
By keeping the size of business we purchase under $3M, we are able to increase our volume of deal-flow, diversify our risk, and make all-cash offers. This range is typically based on a multiple of 3x – 5x of SDE (Seller's Discretionary Earnings) upon a full financial review of any business we intend to purchase. We aim to match quality businesses with transparent offers and fair market value.
South Florida BaSED
Our search is concentrated in South Florida due to our love for the area and the continued and projected growth of the market. We believe being local allows us to build stronger relationships with employees, customers, and community partners, ensuring a smoother transition and long-term stability. Areas of focus include Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River counties.

Revenue Stability
We look for businesses with predictable, durable earnings—operations where consistent demand, repeat clients, or established contracts provide a reliable foundation. We value stability over volatility and prefer companies that have demonstrated steady performance year over year.

Turnover Period
We treat ownership transitions as partnerships, not transactions. A thoughtful handoff ensures employees feel supported, customers stay confident, and owners see their legacy carried forward. Our standard transition period is approximately six months, allowing time for side-by-side knowledge transfer and operational overlap to protect the business’s stability and character.
Industry Preference
We seek service-oriented businesses with straightforward operations and recurring demand.
Current areas of interest include:
-
Event Rental and Temporary Infrastructure – companies providing essential equipment, staging, or logistics for public and private events
-
Property and Facility Support Services – operational support for commercial development projects, municipal events, and community operations that require coordination, setup, or specialized equipment.
GET TO KNOW US
Small, family-owned businesses are where siblings Chris and Kelsey began their careers, and where they intend to finish them. Their father co-owned and operated the family real estate practice in Champaign, IL. Chris's initial working years were spent at the properties with the maintenance team. Kelsey's were in the office with the administrative staff. This experience in a local, family-owned business laid the foundation for the passion Chris and Kelsey have for investing in and operating small companies.
